VA for Java is a rapid app tool that writes almost all the java for you.
However, the visual composition piece does not allow you to design a web
page to the exact look and feel you may want. It will allow you to create a
basic servlet (thus a basic 'web page' from the browser perspective.)
I have had great success with using an HTML editor for screen design
allowing you to get user group sign off on screen prototypes. Then, create
a generateHTML method that writes all the HTML (copy and paste HTML from
editor to VA) to the client.
