Hey!
I doubt that you will find it for legal downloading. It comes with DB2, and
every version and every FixPak comes with a different version of the drivers. If
you have DB2, then you already have it. It's a type 4 JDBC driver, i.e. it
speaks natively to DB2 server, making access very fast.
