The JSWDK 1.0 can be used for whatever purpose you want. THere's no
restrictions except for those in the license which are , I believe, not
using it in a Nuclear power plant or Air Traffic control or things like
that.
Note that Sun doesn't rpovide support for running it in a commerical
fashion, but if it works for you and you want to do so, then you are free
to do so.
