And while I'm bothering the list anyway, I would like to comment on the S/N.
While I found it getting quite bad a while ago, it seems quite acceptable to me now.
I appreciate your bluntness re off-topic posts, Milt. For myself, I find the general
Java questions the
most annoying. I believe that the best solution to the noise is to not reply to it at
all, at least not on the list.
I have replied to numerous postings on off topic subjects directly to the sender. I
always remind them that
I've taken the discussion off-list since it's off topic.
My apologies for increasing the N side of the S/N...
