same answer as jason's but little change.
Open a new MS-DOS window
Click on the MS-DOS icon at the top-left of the Window
Select teh Properties option
Click on the "Memory" tab
Adjust the drop-down box from "Auto" in all (i.e. "Initial
Environment" conventional memory,EMS memory,XMS memory,DPMI memory to
"4096" )This should probably work .
