You should be able to write the file on the server side just like any other
text file, e.g.:
FileOutputStream fout = new FileOutputStream(fileName, true);
BufferedOutputStream bout = new BufferedOutputStream(fout);
PrintStream HTMLFile = new PrintStream(bout);
HTMLFile.println(stuffToPrint)
....
