Martin,
You copy .class file to /bin/examples directory.Then add the following line to the 
servlet.properties file.

servlet.HelloWorld.code=HelloWorldExamples

After saving the servlet.properties file,go to MS-DOS prompt.Type the following 
command:

servletrunner
It will output stuff like
connections=500 BLAH BLAH BLAH

Then,open your browser,
enter http://localhost:8080/servlet/HelloWorldExamples

The servlet will run

I am assuming that u r working with NT and IIS
