WebMacro, or any other framework, might be a bit of overkill in a situation
like this, where you are returning essentially static HTML. However,
it should be fairly efficient, and pages that are truly dynamic
(such as the login page) would benefit from WebMacro--and since you
have to authenticate every connection, you have to incur the overhead
of a servlet anyway.
