Thank you Erik for putting this together. This should help bring a much
needed FAQ together for servlets.

In the mean time, while the best way to address FAQs for this group is
being worked out, I would propose that we use the ClueIN community that
I setup as a place to collect FAQ questions and answers in preparation
for the system that is decided upon.
