Julian,
The source code you are redistributing is my *copyrighted*
com.oreilly.servlet.MultipartRequest source code, with my copyright
header and license removed and the code moved into your package.
Your actions are in direct violation of the com.oreilly.servlet license
and your action of reposting copyrighted code with the copyright removed
(claiming yourself as author no less) is in violation of copyright law.
Please remove the copyrighted code from your site.
For anyone interested in the com.oreilly.servlet package, you can get it
from the source at http://www.servlets.com. The package was developed
with the book "Java Servlet Programming" and includes a very liberal
license that lets you do practically anything you would want with it
(including several forms of redistribution), and if you want to do more
you can ask me for permission. One thing you can't do though is remove
the copyright and license and pass the code off to the public as your
own!
