Inprise's JBuilder provides a servlet wizard that produces a corresponding
html file for your servlets doPost method. This gets you part way there.
Then you just need a good html editor to fix it up. Allaire's HomeSite is
very good. Symantec's Visual Cafe is releasing a beta this month that
supports jsp/html too.
