NES 4.0 supports JSDK 2.1. Version 3.6 natively supported only JSDK 1.0 I think ( no sessions, JNI etc. ) In most cases servlets written for JSDK 2.0 will work on 2.1 platform. ( the possible incompatibility stems from the deprectaed methods behaviour - like ServletContext().getServlet() returns null in 2.1 ). As far as servlets are concerned - NES 4.0 supports full-fledged JSDK 2.1 and JSP 0.92.
