Paul, It's just servlets.properties ( look at the documentation for syntax ) , use lines like # TestServlet Registration servlet.TestServlet.initArgs= servlet.TestServlet.code=com.ibm.test.TestServlet and put the com.ibm.test.TestServlet under the domino\servlet directory.
