I'm resending this because it seems that my original message got lost.

Brian, a lot depends on what is meant by shopping cart. Are we talking something involving a catalog and such? A whole bunch of reports? Sometimes, the shopping cart itself is not a problem; what is a problem is the list of features that a client expects. Right now, I'm building a shopping cart servlet system, and it has taken many times more than one month. If you want more info on the possibility of using my shopping cart, you can email me at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Subject: Shopping Cart

Hi,

I have been offered the job of building a shopping cart using servlets.

There is a one month deadline and this seems short to me.

Could anyone who has experience setting up servlet shopping carts please let me know if
this is a reasonable time allowance.

Also I have no idea what architecture to use in designing this project.
I am sure it will need connection pooling and HttpSession objects and
SSL credit card verification.

Any info or .02 you can offer would help me out with this decision.

Thanks
Brian
