I am about to make a proposal and I am interested
to see if there is some freeware/samples/framework that can give
me a headstart for the following:
It is a discussion forum with a number of topics and 3 types of users:
1) General/public users that can read discussion
2) Registered users (simple registration) that can participate
in the discussion
3) Moderator who can bump-off unpolite messages/participants
