You have to register the servlet in weblogic.properties file in the
following way

weblogic.httpd.register.servlet.HelloServlet =
examples.servlets.HelloWorldServlet

Where HelloServlet is any virtual name of the servlet &
the right side portion is full package name

After that you can access your servlet as http://localhost:7001/HelloServlet.
