     I have heard the network guys here mention some sort of session
capability for LocalDirector, but I don't know any of the details.  I
do recall that it was based on ip numbers or something, and was only
good for relatively short periods of time (i.e. hours, etc) compared
to cookies (a cookie-based localdirector session capability would have
been very helpful in the discussion).
