We don't have any problems with Netscape.
The only problem we sometimes have is the local definition of
the delimiter. We have clients with different versions of Excell
(English US, English UK, Dutch, French...) and sometimes all
the different field are put together in 1 column.
We advise our clients to save the file first and import it
in Excell later... (not very userfriendly, but indeed: what else
should one expect?)

Especially with Internet Explorer this is a must!
Certain versions of MSIE only seem to look at the
extension and they don't bother to look at the
MIME-type; they show everything in plain text or
they generate errors.
I had this problem with PDF-files that were generated
by a Servlet.
