The best I could determine, going through this exercise myself, is you need
to put your servlets in this directory:
C:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\servlets (or your system's equivalent)
And if you're doing virtual hosting, you need to add a virtual directory to
each "web site" pointing to C:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\plugins\nt (or
equivalent) and give the virtual directory execute permission. I figured
this out by analyizing the default web site.
To access the servlets, go to:
http://yourmachinename/servlet/SnoopServlet
