Hello

i think this has to do with the name of the public class in your ".java" file.
Confirm that you are having the name of the file "class-name.java" and the
name of the public class exactly the same (Java is case sensitive). Hope this
helps.

Hi All

When i compile an application ( not servlets) the compiler gives me the
following error.

Exeception in Thread "main"  java.lang.noClassDefFoundError <filename or
ClassName>

Can anybody tell me about this. What is the solution to this problem. i
am using Java 2 SDK on NT Server.
( Servelets works fine with this )
