Having looked at the code it is hard, at a glance, to tell what you are
trying to do.

You do not need to implement Runnable for the Servlet as it is not a
threaded object
itself.

Servlets are created as instances of the class. Other threads call the
methods init, service and destroy
to initialise, further process a request with doGet etc.. and cleanup the
servlet when it is no longer needed
by the server.

The destroy method of a servlet will only be called if the Servlet is loaded
anyway.
