Hi everyone, Is it possible to for a servlet to change/set some properties of the request (e.g. remote user ) so that information can be logged in the standard web server logs? I'm using the Apache web server. What I'll like to do is to be able to log the username in the web server log, but I'm not using Basic Authentication, so the username field is blank. Any ideas how to solve problem? Thanks in advance.
