CRAIG is correct,

in netscape it stores all cookies in a single file(stored in NETSCAPE
PROFILES, it maintains its own profiles as we know)

in IE it is stored in the window\cookie directory as seperate files.

you have to set the expiry to say one year + present date. domain is not
necessary it is done by default.
