To write data to an InputStream, no. Look at the javadoc for
InputStream--you see any "write" methods there? :)

To "convert" an OutputStream into an InputStream? No, except for perhaps
PipedInputStream/PipeOutputStream, or PipedReader/Writer, both of which
allow for something along those lines.
