Hi,
I am not sure that i have understood You exactly but here is
what i have done:
I mapped all the html requests on a virtual host to Servlet
and in servlet i called
String pathinfo=request.getPathInfo();
String pathtranslated=request.getPathTranslated();
and than knew what is the exact html file that was requested
