Subject: What tools are good for creating JSP with many servlets?

Hello,

I have a VB website which I want to re-write to JSP. I am new to JSP and
servlets. Can anybody suggest, what tool-set should I use - it should be
simple and, at the same time, it should provide easy debugging techniques

Thank you

Joe
