I suspect HELP returns nothing to him, because it returns nothing to
me. I've been trying to go DIGEST mode for quite a while now. The
listserv sends my messages (like this one), and since I must be a
recognized subscriber to post that makes me think it knows and likes
my return address. It just doesn't like talking to me, or several
others apparently.
