Hello all,

I have JWS 2.0 (using the JRE which came with JWS 2.0) running on a NT 4.0
machine in another office. I'm trying to use the web-based JWS
Administration Tool from the machine in my office, which is running Win98
(first edition) and Netscape 4.7 (with the Java 1.2.2 plug-in).

Netscape either locks up or crashes (page fault) during the session. It
doesn't happen at the same screen in the administration tool, it seems
random, yet always early in the session. I am assuming the applet is
actually causing the crash. I have tried it on other Win98 machines
(including second edition) with the same result. However, it seems to run
fine from any WinNT machine.

Any ideas as to why it doesn't seem to work on a Win98 machine? I would
really like to be able to administer the web server from the machine in my
office.

Thanks in advance.
