Hey!

Did you have success with this?

First off, the server is stateless.  It doesn't know that the browser
exited.  But let's say that you solved that problem.  This has been
discussed many times on this list.  You can see the list's archive.

Putting that aside, I think the DB will continue even though you
closed the connection, but I may be wrong.
