I had been working on Y2K for the better part of this year and the subject
is very close to home for me. Regardless, my reply was thoughtless and
insulting, and I offer Antonio my sincere apology.
Many of you called me on this one; integrity is refreshing, even when your
own is questioned. A little humility never hurt anybody....

I really think a comment about your comment is really needed here...
I was disappointed to see that you took Antonio's gesture of kindness

appreciation and put the emphasis on something completely irrelevant.
Also, your message implies that Antonio is not only ignorant, but has
difficulty thinking... I'm starting to wonder who is really ignorant
here, and
should think a bit more (just even a bit) before writing replies like
