Dear Jai,
I have tried out the same earlier. It seems that there is some error with
Apache 1.3.9. The dummy cert. (Snake Oil) works fine with Apache 1.3.6.
Try the 1.3.6 version. In case I get more info. on 1.3.9 I will get back to
you.
