make a change in the http-browser:
        ->proxies
                ->no proxy for:
                        localhost

after installing jdk1.2.2 and jswdk-1.0.1 with setting the paths and
classpaths accordingly.

I am getting an error like this.

The requested item could not be loaded by the proxy.

Proxy server's network connection was refused by the server:
  127.0.0.1:8080.
The server may not be accepting connections or
may be busy.

Try connecting again later



if anyone can sort it , pls help me
