Ah, I didn't put 13-3 live, but it's source is available in
jservlet.jar at http://www.servlets.com/book/examples/.

As for "out of the box" servlets, I haven't seen many that qualify.
Turns out servlets work best as the custom "glue" of a web site.
Reusable servlets tend to be reusable superclasses, and those are
listed under the tools page.
