Yes, include the full path to the image file. If you let it in this form,
then the server will think you still want to remain in the /servlets
directory. So if you want to include some picture do something like that:

 out.println("<td width=100%><img src=/complete/path/to/the/file/logo.gif
width=116 height=20
 alt=Logo align=top></td>");
