Larry, A refresh/reload normally uses the same method of the original request (as per spec) EXCEPT in older versions of Internet Explorer (3.0 and below, I believe). So in a way you can control what method is used when a user clicks on the refresh/reload button by how the user gets their in the first place, but other than that no you cannot.
