go to Console/servername/HTTP/servlets, highlight "servlets" in the left
panel, click on the "commands" tab in the right panel.

you may need to put both your servlet class and the classes for "Dataexpress
Components" in the same classpath, i.e. either servlet classpath (for
dynamical loading servlets) or simply in system classpath.
