iPlanet 4.0 doesn't support <servlet> tags. The "server-parsed HTML" feature
only deals with NCSA SSIs, not servlets.

You can download a servlet SSI processor called Enabler from our web
site, <http://www.gefionsoftware.com/Enabler/>, free of charge.

Rumor has it that the next iPlanet version will provide servlet SSI
support as well.
