As far as I know, (running domino 5), that is not possible. You have to bring
the HTTP service down and back up again. Come to think of it, it might be
possible to only unload and reload the
servlet manager......kinda crappy during development, isn't it? BTW, in case you
don't know, typing 'tell http quit' followed by 'load http' at the console will
reload the http service in domino.
