If you are using Cafe' 3.0c, the issue is that the version of servlets it
installs is not the latest.  I am not sure how to get around the issue of
execution though.  This depends on which application server you want to use.
I have not gotten this to work with the Cafe' servlet container at all.
Please enlighten me if you figure it out.
