hello all, Let me tell u that I am not that confident in Java language. I have few (silly) questions to ask you all. 1. How can I access the last record no in a table in the MS Access /Oracle database? Pl tell me the method and code. 2. I have a textfield item where I intend to type a name. Supposing if I type 'J' it would show all the names starting with 'J', then if I type 'JO', it should show all the names starting with 'JO', then if i type ' JOH' it should show all names starting with 'JOH', and then if I type 'JOHN' it will show all the entries where name is 'JOHN'. This is little hard for me and I am very tensed about the solution. Somebody please help me !!!!!!!
