You have not given us much background info,
but I guess you have your servlet
classes in the servlet directory.
This works ok for most servlets,
but classes put there are loaded
by a custom classloader, which means
they can't load native libs. Move
your classes to the lib or ext directory,
or somewhere else on the classpath.
