Have a look at the Sun Java site (http://www.javasoft.com) on the Java-XML API. Another of my favourite is the Apache site which has a link to its XML project. (http://apache.org)

I need to convert XML document+ DTD , which is coming to our business to
java objects . Then we process the java objects and do business logic and

Read XML , i understood the XML documents DTD DOM structure but is there any
tool or standard way to do this.
Any ideas and site links and code samples are greatly appreciated.
