actually that would have been my first guess -
HttpServletResponse.sendRedirect(). that's what i used before
getRequestDispatcher() came along. how else do folks do this and what are
the pros/cons of one way of redirecting vs. another? there's also a
callPage() method that i've used in JRun JSPs, but i never checked to see if
that was standard, JSP-specific, or what.
