Did u try this. Shut down the web server. Then restart your computer and try
starting the web server
again. It should start.

I am unable to shutdown Javawebserver 2.0. I have tried many times via
admin tool (port 9090). The admin panel indicates that
all servers is shutdown however when I try to start up the server via MS
DOS, I get the following messages:
