I suggest you look up on the XML-Apache project. Try http://xml-apache.org or http://apache.org and then proceed from the links on that page.

This is an Offtopic Question.
I am looking for a tool to convert XML to HTML by applying XSL.
It'll be more suitable for me, if this tranformation is implemented with a
SAX parser instead of a DOM object.
Please let me know if anybody is aware of any such utility.
