One question not related to servlets:
I would like to provide an attachment/upload facility in a web site which I am developing using Oracle Application Server/plsql cartridge and plsql stored procedures. How do I go about this? is there any dll available , like the 'cpshost' which is provided along with IIS......
any hints are welcome.
