The links on the JRun web page are corrupted.  If you download, the archive
will be incomplete.  I told them about it over a week ago, but they don't
seem to want to fix it.

Try ftp://ftp.allaire.com/outgoing/jr233u.tar.Z.

This is the JRun package, not JRun Pro, and it has all its parts, including
install.sh.  The Pro version may be in the same directory though.  Anonymous
access is allowed.
