Hi:
I uploaded a file to a testdir directory in UNIX from browser, but I can not
view it from browser since it does not have reading and writing permission
for everyone.

How can I change permission status(rwx for everyone) when someone uploads
files to this directory(not use command chmod to change it in UNIX)? Do I
need to add userID and password somewhere in Java code? Do you have simple
code?
