Title: RE: Weblogic.properties

Yes,
You need to restart the server to appy the changes. Things like classpath or JDKPATH for that matter are set in the environment, then there is not a problem, but better if you do them before starting the server. There is also weblogic classpath which shud be changed before starting the server

Can anyone tell me do I need to restart the server if
I make any changes to Weblogic.properties file

Also can I use environment variable like %JDKPATH%
instead of the path name hardcoding.
