Or you can drop the DLL somewhere on the known PATH (under Win32)--remember,
LoadLibrary() (the Win32 API) will look in the current directory (which you
probably don't know for your given servlet engine), WINDOWS, WINDOWS\SYSTEM
(or System32, under NT), and the PATH for a given DLL name. Putting the DLL
in one of those places guarantees that Java will be able to find it.
